Unboxing and Preparation
Unboxing your GemJuicer is a delightful experience, setting the stage for the joy of juicing. Follow these simple steps to get everything set up and ready to enjoy:
- Carefully unpack the juicer and its components. For safety and ease, we recommend doing this with the assistance of another person.
- Inside the box, you will find:
- Strainer Cone
- Funnel
- Juice Tray
- Main Juicer Body
Before First Use: Wash all removable parts (strainer cone, funnel, and juice tray) with warm water. After rinsing thoroughly, dry the parts immediately with a soft cloth to maintain their perfect condition.
Important: Keep the base dry — never immerse it in water or any other liquids. Instead, gently wipe it with a soft, damp sponge. To protect its beautiful finish, avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners.
Assembly Instructions
Setting up your GemJuicer is a simple and quick process. Here are just a few steps for a seamless setup:
- Place the juicer on a flat, stable surface.
- Lift the lever to raise the pressure cup to its highest position.
- Insert the funnel into the funnel base holder. Ensure it fits securely.
- Position the strainer cone on the base holder and turn it clockwise until its niche locks into place on the stopper pin.
- Slide the juice tray into place on the lower base bracket.
Your juicer is now ready for use.
Juicing Made Simple
Enjoy freshly squeezed juice in moments with the following steps:
- Place a glass or container under the juice tray to collect the juice.
- Lift the lever to raise the pressure cup.
- Cut your fruit in half and place it cut side down onto the strainer cone.
- Lower the lever slowly until the pressure cup makes contact with the fruit.
Tip: Gentle but steady pressure is all it takes. A slight change in pressure lets you balance the flavor and control the bitterness just the way you like it. - After juice extraction, return the lever to the upright position.
- Let the juice tray drain completely before removing your glass to prevent dripping.
Repeat as desired.
After Use & Cleaning
To maintain your GemJuicer’s performance and appearance:
- Disassemble the removable parts and wash them by hand with warm water.
- Dry thoroughly with a soft towel before reassembling or storing.
- Wipe down the base with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive pads, metal brushes, or chemical cleaners, as they may damage the finish.
